Trick or Treat!

Literally hundreds of people were in downtown Van Wert on Saturday morning as local businesses provided a variety of Halloween treats for kids. While many community Trick or Treat events were postponed until Sunday because of a storm that blew through the area, the downtown event was able to be completed before the storm came in.
