Carole A. Taylor

Carole A. Taylor, 82, of Van Wert, died Wednesday, December 18, 2019, at Van Wert Manor. 

She was born June 29, 1937, in Lima, the daughter of Gilbert and Mildred (Becker) Hoehn, who both preceded her in death. On October 27, 1955, she married Robert W. Taylor, who also preceded her in death. 

Survivors include three sons, Douglas Taylor of Norman, Oklahoma, and Daniel Taylor and David Taylor, both of Van Wert; three sisters, Janice (Gary) Schlagbaum and Darlene (Jim) Lause, both of Ottoville, and Diane (Paul) Gilliland of Cornell, Michigan; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Two sisters, Beverly Becker and Donna Ferrante, and a daughter-in-law, Kelli Taylor, also preceded her in death.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
