Van Wert swimmers compete in Celina

CELINA — Van Wert’s swim teams traveled to the Auglaize Mercer Counties Family YMCA in Celina for the annual Wapak/Celina Lions Invitational involving 15 teams, including 6 WBL schools. The boys took fifth place, while the girls finished 11th.

Wapakoneta took first place for the boys and Ottawa-Glandorf as the girls champion, with Versailles taking runner-up for the boys and Wapakoneta taking runner-up in the girls events.
