Mark R. Riggenbach

Mark R. Riggenbach, 63, of Van Wert, passed away at 3:14 p.m. January 11, 2020, at Lima Memorial Hospital.

He was born February 29, 1956, in Van Wert, the son of Richard Riggenbach and Laura (Williamson) Riggenbach, who both preceded him in death. 

Mark was a 1974 graduate of Van Wert High School. He retired from the Van Wert County Department of Job and Family Services and was a member of Moose Lodge 1320 in Van Wert.

Mark enjoyed listening to music, especially Country and Bluegrass, and was an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan. He was also an accomplished pool player and loved to play cards.

Surviving are two children, Callie Riggenbach and Nick Riggenbach, both of Athens; a granddaughter, Riviera Faith Carlin; and one brother, Stan (Nancy) Riggenbach of Huntersville, North Carolina.

A celebration of life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, February 29, at Van Wert Moose Lodge 1320, 740 W. Ervin Road in Van Wert.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Mark`s memory may be sent to Van Wert County Children’s Services.
