State bound!

The Van Wert High School cheerleaders will travel to Columbus to compete in the OASSA State Cheerleading and Dance Competition to be held Sunday, March 1, at St. John’s Arena at Ohio State University. The squad, consisting of two seniors, two juniors, five sophomores and three freshmen competed in the regional cheerleading competition held at Anthony Wayne High School in Whitehouse on February 9. The regional competition is open to all Ohio high schools with only qualifying squads moving on to compete at the state level.
