VWHS ‘Tarzan’ tickets go on sale Monday

Van Wert High School Theatre invites district residents to its upcoming spring musical production of Disney’s Tarzan®, The Stage Musical at 7 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, April 2-4, on the Niswonger Performing Arts Center stage. 

The musical is based on the story, Tarzan of the Apes, by Edgar Rice Burroughs, Disney’s 1999 animated film, and the book by David Henry Hwang. With music and lyrics by Phil Collins, audience members will also enjoy all the favored melodies from songs such as “You’ll Be in My Heart,” “Son of Man,” and “Two Worlds.” Set deep in the jungle, Tarzan®, The Stage Musical focuses on stories of family, love, acceptance, and determination. 

Tickets go on sale starting this Monday, March 2, at www.npacvw.org or through the Niswonger Performing Arts Center Box Office. Stop by from noon-4 p.m. or call 419.238.NPAC. Tickets will also be available at the door. Reserved and general admission seats available.
