Statebound again!

Van Wert senior Gabe Steyer became a three-time Ohio High School Athletic Association State Wrestling qualifier by winning his second consecutive Division II district championship at Norwalk High School on Saturday. The 138-pound Steyer (43-2) went 4-0 at districts, including a 7-0 win over J.D. Thom of Perkins in the championship match. He’ll return to action Thursday in Columbus. Cory Hirschy/file photo
