VW Live events canceled, rescheduled

VW independent/submitted information

Due to the state ban on mass gatherings and necessity for social distancing, the Van Wert Live events scheduled at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center through May 3 have been canceled or rescheduled.

Canceled shows include The Isaacs & Terry Bradshaw (April 17), Here Come The Mummies (April 25), Paul Keels (April 26), Erth’s Prehistoric Aquarium Adventure (May 3). Canceled shows will be refunded in full by check that will arrive by mail. Patrons can contact the Box Office to ensure correct mailing address at boxoffice@npacvw.org or 419.238.6722.

Rescheduled shows include “I Am, He Said” Celebrate the Music of Neil Diamond on Sunday, June 14, at 2 and 7:30 p.m., and Broadway’s An American in Paris on Sunday, June 28, at 7:30 p.m. Rescheduled shows will honor all tickets previously purchased and are subject to the entertainment industry standard, non-refund policy.

Of special note are event sponsors of canceled events and season sponsors. Their commitments, season after season, make it possible for the NPAC to bring in shows and also offset the ticket prices to make it more affordable for patrons.

The Niswonger encourages its patrons to show great gratitude to these sponsor partners: Statewide Ford-Lincoln, Chuck and Karen Koch, Central Insurance Companies, Belna Petroleum, Ciao MedSpa, Lee Kinstle GM Sales & Service, JoAnne Wolford, First Federal of Van Wert, Williamson Insurance Agency, Jeffery-Mohr Family Dentistry, Betsey’s Boutique Shop, and Dark Horse Production.

The Van Wert Live Box Office, located at the Niswonger Performing Arts Center, is closed to visitors, but is accessible as a remote operation by phone. Orders and questions can continue to be made at 419.238.6722. There will no in-person orders at this time. Our website is always open and ready to serve you 24/7.

The Van Wert Live professional team, powered by the Van Wert County Foundation, ardently works through this unique time to continue the deliverance of the performing arts to its revered patrons. The Enrich Series 2020-21 has been unveiled, the Fountain Park Summer Music Series is on the way, and The Grandstand at the Van Wert County Fair concert with Big & Rich awaits.

Van Wert Live believes in the power of entertainment and is honored to serve its patrons in the days, months, and years to come.
