Georgianna Miller

Georgianna Miller, 90, of Van Wert, loved her Savior Jesus and was ushered peacefully into her long awaited heavenly home early morning Saturday, April 25, 2020.

She was born October 19, 1929, in Venedocia, the daughter of Maurice N. And Gladys (Jones) George, wo both preceded her in death. On July 19, 1947, she married Lloyd Francis Miller, who died November 28, 2005.

Survivors include her two sons, Thomas L. (Julie) Miller and Gary A. (Paula) Miller, both of Van Wert; six grandchildren, Christa R. (Kris) Walter, Cory T. Miller, Chelcy F. (Ben) Williman, Danielle K. (Todd) Kowalski, Kayla A. (Kyle) Augustitus, and Sean A. (Kaitlyn Woodrum) Miller; and six great-grandchildren, Macy Williman, Bennette and Braxton Walter, Johnathan, Samantha Williman, and Troy Kowalski.

A son, Ronald Miller; one brother, Maurice Lloyd George; and five sisters, Margaret George, Mary George, Dorothy George, Elizabeth Nobes, and Gwen Evans, also preceded her in death.

Georgianna was a 1947 graduate of York High School and a longtime member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Van Wert.

Due to the current health restrictions, private services will be held for the family. Interment will be in Wright Cemetery in Jennings Township. 

Preferred memorials: Trinity United Methodist Church or Community Health Professionals Hospice.

The boys wish to express their appreciation to the staff at Vancrest Health Care Center in Van Wert for its excellent care of their mother.
