Time to set clocks back an hour on Sunday

Time to fall back early Sunday morning, November 1, as most Americans set their clocks back an hour at 2 a.m. that day to return to Eastern Standard Time.

Local residents should also remember to change the batteries in their smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors at the same time.
