Cougar swimmers take on Ada, Elida

The Van Wert High School boys and girls swimming teams hosted Ada High School and Elida High school in a double-dual meet on Thursday, December 16, and the Cougar boys were victorious over Ada (43-12) and Elida (43-35), while the girls fell to both teams (Ada 46-25, Elida 49-27).

Cougar swimmers who earned first place finishes were Hailey Chiles, Lilie Mull, Gracie Mull, Tyra McClain, Sam Houg, Owen Scott, Ian Rex, Gage Wannemacher and Jayden Welker.
