Tow wins!

2019 Lincolnview High School graduate Karter Tow reacts as he crosses the finish line and wins the Ohio Health Capital City Men’s Half Marathon held Saturday in downtown Columbus. He claimed the top spot by finishing the 13.1 mile course in 1 hour, 11 minutes and 25 seconds.
