Construction project to be discussed

The Lincolnview Local Schools Board of Education will meet in special session at 8 p.m. Monday, February 27, to discuss and possibly act on Phase II of the elementary school construction project.

The meeting, which will be open to the public, will be held in the Neubrecht Lecture Hall.
