Longtime Brumback Library Director John Carr has been placed on leave by the library’s Board of Trustees.

Carr, who has served as director for 32 years, was placed on a five-day leave on Thursday. It’s tied to an incident with a library visitor, but no other information is available.

The trustees will meet within the next two weeks to discuss possible further action.
