Monday night crash…

A car and van collided at U.S. 224 and Van Wert Decatur Road in Van Wert shortly before 9 p.m. Monday. The driver of the van, from Illinois, was taken by ambulance to OhioHealth Van Wert Hospital. The Van Wert County Sheriff’s Office investigated the crash. Bob Barnes/VWFD photographer
