Students enrolled in Vantage Career Center’s construction equipment technology program have started removing a deteriorated ramp at American Legion Post 178 on W. Main St. in Van Wert. The students plan to replace it with a new concrete ramp and hand rails. Photos courtesy of Larry Mengerink
