5:04 a,m. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on Eastview Drive in the Village of Middle Point for a subject with high blood pressure.

6:56 a.m. – Deputies along with Ohio City Fire and EMS responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash on Ohio 118 in Liberty Township. The incident was investigated by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

7:02 a.m. – Deputies responded to an area of South Avenue in the City of Van Wert for a loose dog.

7:47 a.m. – Deputies responded to a location on East Main Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.

9:19 a.m. – Deputies spoke with a resident from South Canal Street in the City of Delphos for a complaint of theft.

12:14 p.m. – Dispatched Wren EMS and Ohio City EMS to a residence on Walcott Street in the Village of Willshire for a subject who was weak.

1:11 p.m. – Dispatched Van Wert EMS to a location on Van Wert Decatur Road in the City of Van Wert for a subject who fell.

2:05 p.m. – Deputies assisted with a funeral escort from the City of Van Wert to Paulding County.

2:14 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Boroff Road in Ridge Township for a complaint of two stray dogs.

2:49 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Gilliland Road in Ridge Township to check an open line 911 call. 

4:31 p.m. – Deputies responded to a location on West Ervin Road in Pleasant Township for a complaint of trash being dumped.

6:52 p.m. – Dispatched Convoy EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Tully Township for a subject who fell.

11:16 p.m. – Deputies responded to a residence on Ohio 81 in Liberty Township for a complaint of threats.
