Fresh coat of paint…

A fixture at the Van Wert County Courthouse – Lady Justice – is looking pretty spiffy these days. Van Wert County maintenance man and Van Wert County Commissioner Thad Lichtensteiger gave the statue a new coat of paint on Tuesday.
