County dog tag deadline extended

For the safety of dog owners and because of these “dog days” of winter, Van Wert County Auditor Jami Bradford has decided to extend the dog tag sales deadline. Instead of Saturday, January 31, the new deadline will be Friday, February 6, without a late fee penalty. After February 6, the penalty will be imposed.
