Van Wert wrestlers advance to Saturday

NORWALK – All four of Van Wert’s Division II district wrestling qualifiers have advanced to Saturday’s round.

Owen Bates (106), Devin Burker (150) and Briggs Wallace (157) each went 1-1 on Friday at Norwalk High School, while Breese Bollenbacher went 2-0, including a 2-1 win and a 61 second pin, which puts him in the semifinals.
