Tornado Watch in effect until noon

The National Weather Service has issued a Tornado Watch for Van Wert, Mercer, Auglaize, and Putnam counties, along with Wells, Adams, Grant, Blackford and Jay counties in northeast Indiana until 12 p.m. today.

According to the NWS, scattered thundertorms may become strong to severe, with large hail, gusty winds, tornadoes and flash flooding possible.
