Pa. man arrested on ‘funny money’ count

A Pennsylvania man was arrested in connection with an investigation of reports of counterfeit bills being passed during the Old Fashioned Farmers Days celebration.

Steven Glenn Ramsey, 25, of Butler, Pa., was arrested and charged with counts of felony forgery, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was incarcerated in the Van Wert County Correctional Facility. Another Pennsylvania resident, Susan R. Rayburn, 36, of Zelienople, Pa., was charged with possession of marijuana.

The arrests stemmed from reports of counterfeit $20 bills being passed at Old Fashioned Farmers Days.
