Charles F. Fallows

Charles F. “Chuck” Fallows, 63, of Middle Point, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Monday, June 18, 2018, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima.

He was born January 31, 1955, in Van Wert, the son of Paul H. and Lorene (Swany) Fallows, who both preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Diana L. (Gillespie) Fallows of Middle Point; a sister, Barbara Fallows Martz of Van Wert; one brother-in-law, Fred Gillespie of Van Wert; a niece; and several nephews.

A brother, Edward A. Fallows, also preceded him in death.

A Celebration of Life service will be scheduled at a later date.

Arrangements were entrusted to Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert.
