Wren Wiffleball tourney coming up

WREN — A total of 16 teams will compete to be the winner of the 20th annual Wrenway Park Wiffleball Warehouse Extravaganza, played the third full weekend of August 2011.

The tournament is played rain or shine as part of the Wren Homecoming Celebration, August 18-20.

Sign-up for the popular area event will be held at the Wren Restaurant on Monday, August 1, at 5 p.m.  The first 15 teams to have the $100 entry fee and a coveted spot in line are placed in the draw with the Bunnies, which get an automatic entry for being the 2010 tournament champs.
