Audition dates set for VWCT musical

Auditions will be held at 7:30 p.m. Sunday, August 7, and Monday, August 8, for the first production of the Van Wert Civic Theatre 2011-2012 season.

The Story of My Life is a musical depicting the life journey of two close friends whose life choices take them in different directions. One becomes a famous author, and the other never leaves their small hometown. But, the playwright asks, who is truly the successful friend, and how have their life choices impacted their friendship?

The Story of My Life calls for two male actors only. Those auditioning should bring a solo to perform and be prepared to do cold readings from the script and the score.
