Lancer wrestlers compete at Parkway

ROCKFORD — Lincolnview placed eighth out of 12 teams at the Parkway Holiday Invitational on Saturday, finishing with 68 team points.

The Lancers were led by Dylan Bowyer (160 pounds), who finished third with a pin of Hicksville’s Roman Graber in 2:28. Lincolnview also had a pair of fifth place finishers in Braxton Coil (220) and Louis Ulrey (285), two sixth place finishers, Asher Hubble (138) and Brok Bill (195), two seventh place finishers (Tristan Tayler, 113, and Tyler Ulrey, 170) and Maddy Allen, who placed eighth at 126.

Celina won the tournament with 384 points, followed Spencerville (294) and host Parkway (279). Tipp City Tippecanoe finished fourth (215) followed by Delphos Jefferson (170.5), Delphos St. John’s (152), Ada (94), Lincolnview (68), Hicksville (67) and Lehman Catholic (65).
