Christian musicians to perform at fair
The Contemporary Christian Band FFH (Far From Home) will perform in front of the grandstand on Sunday afternoon. After releasing six independent projects, FFH was signed with Essential Records and has since released seven studio albums, as well as a “greatest hits” album.

The group originally was formed as Four For Harmony, an a cappella group, and over time developed a vocal acoustic pop style, later changing its name to Far From Home.
Numerous FFH singles have charted, including “Fly Away” and “Watching Over Me,” which hit the No. 1 spot on Adult Contemporary radio and was in the Top 5 on Christian Hit Radio. Other hits include “On My Cross”, One Of These Days”, “Big Fish” and “I Want To Be Like You”.
FFN will follow popular gospel singer Jerry Garcia, who will be singing at 1 p.m. General admission tickets are $5 for this inspirational and uplifting program, and are on sale at the Treasurer’s Office just east of the grandstand.
Also Sunday, Zion Christian Union Church will host a church service, beginning at 10 a.m. in the new Gospel Pavilion, just north of the Administration Building. Garcia will also present special music during the service, which is a great way to reconnect with old friends and spend the morning in fellowship and worship.
The congregation of Zion Christian Union and Pastor Mark and Dianne McKay cordially invite the community to this special service at the fair.
