ACME Baseball tourney moved to Sunday

ELIDA — The start of the 2021 ACME Baseball state tournament at Ed Sandy Field in Elida has been delayed by one day due to wet conditions.

The tournament opener between Van Wert and Bellefontaine, scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. this morning (Saturday) will now be played at 10 a.m. on Sunday and the remainder of Saturday’s scheduled games will follow on Sunday.

Semifinal games will be played on Monday and the championship game will follow on Tuesday.
