Delphos man faces variety of charges

DELPHOS — A Delphos man already facing one felony charge and in jail for probation violation, was charged with a second felony offense this week.

Andrew J. Dinkins, 22, of 704 E. Suthoff St. in Delphos, appeared Tuesday in Lima Municipal Court on a charge of receiving and concealing stolen property, a fifth-degree felony offense.

Dinkins, in jail since September 30 after his arrest by Delphos police and Lima probation officers for violating the terms of his probation, was later charged with a second felony offense, burglary, in connection with an investigation at a residence in the 500 block of East Third Street that was reported initially on September 24.

The investigation continues.
