Absentee voting has begun and registered voters can vote absentee in a number of ways, including in person at the Board of Elections office, 114 E. Main St.; by mail, beginning January 1; or by fax or email, if eligible to vote under the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act.
Most absentee ballots must be in no later than 6 p.m. the Friday before the election (click here for an absent voter ballot application).
