What has one wheel, four feet and two crazy men? The answer is a wheelbarrow carrying Dave Mathew with Frank Minnig pushing it. The wheelbarrow was a Christmas gift to Mathew from staff and students at St. Mary's school. The "joy ride" was to show the students Mathew's gift. (Photo submitted.)

One of the many stories the Kindergarten Plus class read was "The Ugly Duckling." The students learned some new words, read the story and then created a model of the ugly duckling and beautiful swan on a pond to help them remember.
