Flowers in Full Bloom nominees sought

Local residents know a special woman in their lives that always seems to be caring about everyone else more than herself. The volunteer at the hospital, library, school, church or neighborhood that always has a smile to brighten the day. Who inspires people? Who is the woman that embodies the very best in people?

The Peony Festival is now taking nominations for the Flowers in Full Bloom award. Please take just a minute to fill out the nomination form to recognize these special people in people’s lives that make the world a little nicer place.

Nominees must be 65 or older, and live in Van Wert County. Nominations will close on Thursday, March 1. Don’t delay — let’s give these women the credit and recognition they deserve.
