Paulding SWCD taking seedling orders

PAULDING — The Paulding Soil & Water Conservation District is now taking orders for tree seedlings and wildflower mixes. Orders are open to the public, and will be accepted until March 1.

The tree seedlings being featured are:  Blue Spruce, Norway Spruce, White Pine, American Arborvitae, Red Bud, Lilac, Red Maple, Red Osier Dogwood, White Flowering Dogwood, Eastern Red Cedar, Red Oak, Swamp White Oak, Black Walnut, Sugar Maple, Sycamore, Scotch Pine, American Cranberry, Cherry, and Forsythia.  Along with the seedlings, we will be offering two types of Native Wildflower Mixes for sale: Midwest Mix and Bird and Butterfly Mix.

The seedlings are being sold individually, with a minimum purchase of $10.  Customers have the option of either purchasing one species or mixing and matching their orders.  If you are looking for a species not listed please contact the Paulding Soil & Water Conservation District office for assistance.
