Knight freshmen take league crown

In freshman boys’ basketball action Thursday night, the Crestview Knights ended their season on a winning note.

The Knights came out strong and beat the Northwest Conference tournament champion Columbus Grove Bulldogs by a score of 48-21. Crestview played very well as a team and stifled the ‘Dogs defensively.

With the win, the Knights capture the NWC regular season championship and finish the year 11-4 overall and 7-1 in conference play.
