Get ready to grow a business’ bottom line and visibility in northwest Ohio at the Van Wert Area Chamber of Commerce’s newest event.

The Van Wert Area Business-to-Business Expo is a one-day event, open to the public, that is the perfect venue to showcase a company’s products and services.  Set for Thursday, May 24, from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., any business providing services or products in the region will benefit from exhibiting, and will have the opportunity to reach key customers, business executives, management and the community at large.

The Expo will take place in the Commercial Building on the Van Wert County Fairgrounds, 1055 S. Washington St. (U.S. 127) in Van Wert. The Chamber is now accepting reservations for exhibitor booths.
In addition, multimedia promotion will attract numerous area buyers to assure quality show traffic that will be open and free to the public. The Business-to-Business Expo offers numerous business opportunities to:

• Expand area customer bases in one day with this one event.
• Showcase services and products
• Network business to business
• Increase community visibility and build community image

In addition to the exhibit floor, attendees can attend excellent business programs — with topics including marketing, social media, networking and more.

The Chamber is also pleased to announce a keynote speaker for the afternoon workshop, Debby Peters, owner and director of training for Connext Nation. Peters, known as the “Network guru,” will share her knowledge and expertise in the field of business networking and “word of mouth” marketing.

“I love to help people connect to their next referral,” Peters says. “My goal is always to help others to be more successful.”

The day will conclude with a prime networking event from 6-8:30 p.m., the Ultra Sound B2B After Hours, providing a casual opportunity to end the day with networking and socializing with colleagues and potential business contacts. Ultra Sound Special Events is creating an entertainment environment for the Business After Hours that will showcase much of what they offer for interactive, fun business events. Try out those mental powers with the Mindball Interactive game or show off that style in the Ultra Sound Vintage Photo Booth.
