Harlan E. Riggenbach

Harlan E. Riggenbach, 87, of Paulding, died Saturday, April 7, 2012, at Paulding County Hospital in Paulding.

He was born April 1, 1925, in Latty, the son of the late Samuel and Anna (Kaiser) Riggenbach. On February 6, 1955, he married Dolores L. Stoller, who survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Bonnie Gehman of Fort Wayne, Ind., and Patricia (David) Gerber of Paulding; a sister, Lucille (Frank) Treece of Fort Wayne; and six grandchildren.

Two sisters, Pauline Riggenbach and Helen Schlatter; a brother, Ray Riggenbach; and a son-in-law, James Gehman, also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, April 12, at Latty Apostolic Christian Church, with church clergy officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery, where graveside military rites will be performed by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 587 in Paulding.

Calling hours are from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, at the Latty Apostolic Christian Church Fellowship Hall and an hour prior to services Thursday at the church.
