Lancer track teams do well at Delphos

DELPHOS — The Lincolnview varsity track teams competed at the Delphos St John’s invitational on Saturday. The boys’ team placed third with 87 points and the girls team placed sixth with 70 points.
“We were able to do a lot of good things on Saturday but both teams fell short of our team goals,” said Lincolnview Coach Matt Langdon. “In several of the events we allowed circumstances to control our performances and we are going to have to learn to deal with that better.
“It should be a good learning lesson as we move closer to conference and the tournament,” Coach Langdon added.
