Details on Rally in the Corn coming soon

The Van Wert Area Convention and Visitors Bureau is planning a press conference to announce details regarding the upcoming Rally in the Corn being held at the Van Wert County Fairgrounds June 14-17.  Event organizers C.J. Van Wart and Tony DiLalla will share information with the media, while Van Wert Mayor Don Farmer, representatives of the Van Wert County Fair Board, representatives of the Van Wert County Board of Commissioners and members of the Van Wert Area Convention and Visitors Bureau will also be in attendance.

Reports indicate there is growing excitement about event, best described as a motorcycle rally and expo with lots of fun and other added activities.  It is expected to be the largest motorcycle rally in Northwest Ohio.  Van Wart has succeeded in getting national, regional and local sponsors for this event.

The press conference is scheduled for 10 a.m. at the Van Wert County Fair Board Administration Building.
