Mary Louise Thomas

Mary Louise Thomas, 70, of Alvada, died at 1:53 a.m. Sunday, May 13, 2012, at Bridge Hospice Care Center in Findlay.

She was born August 18, 1941, in Rockford, the daughter of the late Paul Thompson and Audrey Juanita (Seger) Thompson Amweg.

Survivors include a son, Jeff Thomas of Findlay; three daughters, Kathy (Bart) Fenimore of Alvada, Kris Thomas of Findlay and Tammy (Mike) Wieging of Louisville, Ky.; three sisters, Kay J. Thompson and Brenda (Randy) Hartman, both of Van Wert, and Janice (Ivan) Davis of Decatur, Ind.; 13 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

Her stepfather, Raymond Donald Amweg; a brother, Kenneth J. Thompson; one sister, Vicki Lynn Klim; and a great-grandson, Kayden, also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 16, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with Pastor Randy Bevington officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.

Calling hours are from 5-7 p.m. Tuesday, May 15, at the funeral home.
