Van Wert baseball camp announced

The Van Wert High School baseball coaching staff, with assistance from varsity baseball players, will be holding a summer baseball camp for students in grades 2-6.

The camp will feature instruction in the fundamentals of hitting, pitching and fielding through a series of hands-on drills. Players will be encouraged to take the skills learned a camp and use them in the current baseball season.

Fee for the camp is $40, with a second family member participating for $30. Registration deadline is Monday, June 4 (click here for an application).
