Tanner Lyn Moonshower

Tanner Lyn Moonshower, 12, died at 3:25 p.m. Thursday, February 3, 2011, at Canal Point Rehabilitation Center in Akron.

She was born March 6, 1998, in Van Wert, the daughter of Bryan D. Moonshower of Van Wert and Monnica (Bradley) Baker of Ohio City, both of whom survive.

Also surviving are grandparents Mike Moonshower of Ohio City, Ed and Cathy Barnes of Van Wert and Tom and Kathy Bertke of Celina; great-grandparents Annie Bertke of Maria Stein and Charles Bares of Van Wert; two sisters, Alyssa Moonshower of Middle Point and Olivia Jane Moonshower of Van Wert; stepgrandparents Tim and Jan Baker of Ohio City; and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, February 8, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with Pastor Randy Bevington officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.

Calling hours are from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Monday, February 7, at the funeral home.
