Wren Wiffleball tourney coming up soon

WREN — Join Wren residents for the 21st annual Wiffleball tournament, in association with Wren Homecoming, the third full weekend in August. This year’s theme is “An Innocent Child’s Game — Gone Wren Style!”

Tournament action begins on Friday, August 17, at 5:45 p.m. Sign-up will be held at the Wren Bar at 5 p.m. Wednesday, August 1.

The first 15 paid teams, along with 2011 champions the Bunnies, will fill out the roster.

Who knows when the line will form to register?  This year, campers/motor homes will be charged $25 per vehicle for parking and electricity – this money will help defray the village’s expenses.
