Judith Ann Baker
Judith Ann “Jan” Baker, 65, of Ohio City, died at 6:45 p.m. Friday, September 15, 2012, at the Van Wert Area Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born September 4, 1947, in Columbus, the daughter of the late Howard and Marge (Cox) Rummel. On December 17, 1967, she married Gale D. “Tim” Baker, who survives in Ohio City.
Other survivors include a son, Bradley (Monnica) Baker of Ohio city; one daughter, Cindy (Jason) Sinning of Ohio City; two brothers, Jeff Rummel of Lima and Steve (Kathy) Rummel of Golden, Colo.; one daughter-in-law, Lynn Baker of Rockford; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
A son, Brian Douglas Baker; and one grandchild, Tanner Lyn Moonshower, also preceded her in death on December 26, 2008.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 18, at Cowan & Son Funeral Home in Van Wert, with Pastor Randy Bevington officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ohio City.
Calling hours are from 2-8 p.m. Monday, September 17, at the funeral home.
