VW volleyball team splits tri-match

Van Wert volleyball information

BRYAN — The Van Wert Cougar varsity volleyball team played in a tri-match at Bryan on Saturday.

The first game was against Bryan and the Cougars lost in three by game scores of 25-17, 16-25 and 18-25. The second match was against the Wayne Trace Raiders and the Cougars won in three, 26-24, 23-15 and 25-19.

The Van Wert JV came away with two victories, defeating both Bryan and Wayne Trace.
