Carolers to sing on museum grounds

A number of local churches are providing carolers to entertain at the Van Wert County Historical Society’s newly opened Gift Shoppe at Seven Oaks, located on the grounds of the county historical museum.
The public is invited to come and enjoy the sounds of the season with the choirs at the shop, which is located in the Welcome Center behind the train caboose on the museum grounds.
The lineup of choirs and directors and their singing times is as follows:
- 4-4:30 p.m. – Trinity Friends Church (Dave Pracht)
- 4:30-5 p.m. – First United Methodist Church (Paul Hoverman)
- 5-6 p.m. – Pleasantview United Methodist Church (Jeff Millary)
- 6-6:30 p.m. – Ohio City Church of God (Judy Bevington)
- 6:30-7 p.m. – Trinity Lutheran Church in Convoy (Jane Oechsle)
- 7-8 p.m. – Kingsley United Methodist Church (Eric Burk)
Parking will be available off of Third Street on the museum grounds.
