Knight homecoming court

Once again this year the Crestview Student Council has tackled the task of planning winter homecoming activities. This year’s homecoming theme is “A New Year’s Celebration.”  On Friday, January 4, a pep assembly/Air Jam competition will be held at 2:15 p.m. in the high school gym.  Later that evening, in between the junior varsity and varsity boys’ games against Ottoville, a ceremony will be held in which the 2012-2013 homecoming queen will be crowned.  The court consists of (front row, from the left) senior queen candidates Courtney Perrott, Aly Williamson and Clare Mefferd; (back row) sophomore attendant Terra Crowle; freshman attendant Emily Bauer and junior attendant Marissa Walters. The last event of the weekend is the homecoming dance on Saturday, January 5, from 7-10 p.m. in the auditeria for students in grades 9-12. (Crestview photo)
