Angela Judith Boyd Bridges

Angela Judith Boyd Bridges of Urbana died at 8 a.m. Monday, December 31, 201 after a long battle with cancer.

She was born July 31, 1949, in Van Wert, the daughter of Harold and Patricia Boyd, who both survive in Van Wert. On May 24, 1975, she married Richard Glenn Bridges, who survives in Urbana.

Other survivors include two sons, Abram and Chris Bridges, both of Urbana; three daughters, Tonyia Parker of London (Ohio), and Amelia and Mikayla Bridges of Urbana; two sisters, Kathy (Byron) Thompson of Convoy and Diane (Jon) Brock of Van Wert; two brothers, Harold (Jean) Boyd of Washington, Pa., and Don (Jackie) Boyd of Valley View, Texas; eight grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, January 4, at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home & Crematory in Van Wert, with the Revs. Peter Faville and David Ridenour officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery in Convoy.

Calling hours are from 4-7 p.m. Thursday, January 3, and from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
