Carol A. Dix

Carol A. Dix, 66, of Paulding, died Friday, January 11, 2013, at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Ind.

She was born September 4, 1946, in Fort Wayne, the daughter of the late Carlton and Cemantha (Sprague) Cluts. On June 28, 1969, she married Roger E. Dix, who survives.

Other survivors include three daughters, Karla (James “Buddy”) Decker of New Haven, Ind., Ann (Paul) Talbott of Cecil and June (Daren) Smith of Liberty Center; two brothers, Kenny (Sandy) Cluts of Paulding and Norbert (Jeanne) Cluts of Fort Wayne; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, January 17, at Den Herder Funeral Home in Paulding. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery in Paulding.

Calling hours are from 2:30-8 p.m. Wednesday, January 16, and hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home.
