Grover Hill to host park fundraiser

GROVER HILL — The Grover Hill Welcome Park Endowment Fund Committee will host an ice cream social and supper on Sunday, April 14, from 4-6:30 p.m. at the Grover Hill Veterans of Foreign Wars post. Area residents are invited to enjoy the first Grover Hill Lions Club homemade ice cream of the season.

Menu items will include ham and chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, sides and plenty of homemade desserts and “The World Famous” Grover Hill Lions Club homemade ice cream.

All proceeds will go directly to the Welcome Park Endowment Fund.

The Grover Hill Welcome Park endowment fund has been established through the Paulding County Area Foundation for the long term benefit of Welcome Park. Annual earnings from the fund will be gifted back for park improvements, while the principal balance will provide an ever-lasting gift to Grover Hill Welcome Park.
