Lancer softball team beats Ada

ADA — The Lancer Softball team travelled to Ada to take on the Bulldogs in Northwest Conference action last evening a came away with a convincing 18-3 victory.

Ashley McClure garnered the victory going a solid three innings and Courtney Gorman pitched the final two frames in relief.

The Lancer bats remained hot as they pounded out 15 hits against a combination of Bulldog hurlers. With the victory the Lancers improve to 7-1 in all games and 2-1 in conference play.

The team will travel to Convoy to take on the Knights in a make up conference tilt beginning at 5 p.m.
